Terms of payment
No prepayment is required. Payment for our services is always effected after execution of work: after the selected candidate’s attendance to work, rendering consulting report, etc, usually within 5-10 banking days.
The cost of search and selection of the required specialist for one vacancy is from 10 to 14% of the annual income of the certain specialist. Additional terms and conditions, decreasing the price, are granted for regular customers and customers cooperating with us in “exclusive” mode (cooperating only with our agency).
A number of offered candidates depends on a particular vacancy. Usually it is not less than 3 (sometimes it used to be up to 15).
It is necessary to bear in mind that interviewed candidates ask us questions as if we are working for the customer’s company. That is why it is of great importance that we could discuss position with competent employee from the side of the customer.
